Overview
The Manager for Solutions Enablement role will support enablement of workforce / workflow solutions with agency client teams, to ensure seamless delivery of our internal solutions that align with client objectives and maximize ROI. They will operate as part of the Solutions department while also being an extension of the agency transformation team to deploy, enable and maintain key OMG initiatives.
Reporting to the Associate Director of the Solutions Enablement, the Manager for Solutions Enablement embodies our transformation mindset to support key deployment objectives for their respective agency at OMG North America. The role entails fostering collaboration across agency teams to deliver quality work, support the process engineering team to design process optimizations, and archive retrospective learnings for future success.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including media workflows
- Ability to translate client workflow needs into solutions and / or features
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Impeccable time management and organizational skills
- Ability to take a bigger picture strategic perspective, balanced with an eye for details and a willingness to roll sleeves up to get the job done
- A consummate, proactive communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
- Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a media agency or consulting firm
- PMP Certification a plus
Responsibilities
Support the Associate Director to liaison between the Agencies, Solutions Development teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
Involved in development and execution of a deployment strategy for transformation initiatives, focusing on efficient rollouts, minimal disruption, and adherence to timelines.
Implement change management strategies, including training sessions and support, to ensure that employees are equipped and engaged with the new processes or systems
Identify potential deployment risks and develop strategies to manage them, maintaining continuity during the transition.
Provide clear communication and support to teams affected by the deployment, maintaining transparency and engagement throughout the transition
Monitor adoption metrics and gather feedback from employees to assess the effectiveness of the deployment and make adjustments as needed.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications / skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
70,000-$90,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
