Responsibilities : Client Management
- Work closely with cross functional teams to develop KPIs and reporting methodologies / approaches to assess agency performance
- Develop standardized playbook & processes to ensure and report on best-in-class client satisfaction and finance management
- Understand changes to key commercial terms and implications to agencies and relevant business units
- Ensure accuracy and overall management of the client finance management database to reflect changes in key commercials
- Review and present cross-selling opportunities
- Help to develop clear and concise reporting and / or dashboards that will deliver information in an intelligent and digestible manner
- Communicate concise data points, and measurement strategies to senior management
- Serve as the primary contact for client related compliance topics and help coordinate compliance efforts (i.e. consulting of client service teams in the day to day business operations / key point of contact for client audits)
- Help build upon existing detective controls to continually optimize client financial management

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications / skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
80,000-$95,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
