Overview
The Senior Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in business transformation by analyzing complex processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing technology-driven solutions. This role is essential for aligning business objectives with technology solutions, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing media operations, and advancing strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, digital media, and technology, and excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Responsible for one or more specific solutions, this role reports to the Associate Director / Director of Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Business Process Analysis :
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, understand business needs, and document current workflows.
- Design and recommend optimized processes that improve performance, reduce costs, and align with strategic objectives.
- Technology & Data Integration :
- Analyze and evaluate business requirements to recommend technology solutions that improve process automation, data integration, and overall efficiency.
- Work with IT, data, and media teams to ensure smooth implementation of digital tools and platforms that support transformation initiatives.
- Identify and leverage emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and data analytics to drive business improvements.
- Media Strategy Support :
- Provide analytical support to media operations, helping to streamline media planning, buying, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with media teams to analyze data, measure campaign effectiveness, and recommend strategies for optimizing media investments.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies within the media landscape to support continuous innovation.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication :
- Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, including business cases, project documentation, and process models to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation :
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to capture both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
- Setting up performance / utilization metrics for solutions, and monitoring of solution utilization
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure that business requirements are prioritized and met within project timelines.
- Project Management Support :
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and roadmaps for transformation initiatives.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution of projects and successful delivery of business solutions.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications / skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
75,000-$90,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
