The Fan Connect team oversees and executes regional sports partnerships on behalf of Omnicom Media clients at scale. We leverage opportunities that provide unique access to the highly engaged local sports fan to provide flexibility and highly effective exposure to "leaned in" audiences in a multitude of capacities. Our dedicated group manages the identification and execution of client strategy, negotiation across regional sports media partners, buy implementation, as well as the respective post-campaign results and client materials.
Responsibilities
This person will be an integral part of the Fan Connect team, assisting across various functions including :
- Oversight of offshore resources and financial tracking systems
- Spearheading the planning and execution of linear and digital media buys
- Overseeing billing and vendor payment resources across OMG and within the immediate team
- Analysis and oversight of client deliverables and reporting
- Training and supervising coordinators and analysts to ensure that tasks are completed within deadlines

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications / skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
80,000-$110,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
