Job Description
This is an entry level position within the OMnet, LLC Operations team. The Assistant Analyst will conduct analysis and maintenance of media specs from the agencies and be responsible for manual entry in our tracking dashboard. A strong candidate must demonstrate the ability to understand the basics of media, learn and oversee computer functions, including excel, SMI, Media Ocean, DDS and other in-house systems, and learn to utilize media research tools. Additionally, any candidate should be open to heavy data entry which will serve them well in gaining a strong understanding of all media types.
This candidate will also assist in helping with some compliance work. They will be responsible for assisting in the management of OMnet guidelines and regulations to ensure established processes are being followed per client. They will help to keep track of all documentations needed (i.e. client opt-ins, OMnet savings emails and client approvals emails) for all future audits.
Job Requirements
Compensation Range
$34,000—$45,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, communications and/or accounting/finance/ and/or procurement
- Internship with an advertising/media agency is strongly preferred
- Basic knowledge of Media
- Efficient handling with budgets and forecasts
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Self-motivated, independent, pro-active assistance in team efforts
- Strong communication and people skills; positive attitude and team player
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Tenacity to follow-through on open items to complete assignments and meet deadlines
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and follow instructions
