As a pivotal team member within our Performance Video Investment team, there is constant exposure to learning and development opportunities, as well as consistent interaction and exposure with key publishers and vendors. Your role will include assisting in the planning and purchasing of commercial time for Blue Chip clients across National TV, Local TV, VOD, OTT, Addressable and Podcasting.

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Responsibilities
- Act as key liaison with assigned networks to manage accuracy of orders and changes to schedules; keep abreast of programming changes and compile network availability
- Assist analysts with research/analysis instrumental to schedule development and negotiations included creating network demographic profile
- Evaluate ongoing campaign performance and expenditures to determine the extent to which original campaign goals were met
- Leverage syndicated and proprietary tools and utilities to inform recommended optimizations within a campaign
- Actively participate in training programs to learn and execute media concepts and fundamentals (media math, plan development, etc.) building blocks (video, digital, etc.), presentation and written skills and business etiquette
- Stay abreast of industry trends through advertising and media sources
