The Opportunity
We are looking for a Channel Director to report directly to our Enterprise Solutions Team within the Revenue Division, who will lead the line of revenue for their respective business or channel. As a Channel Director, you will be responsible for driving business strategy, increasing channel revenue, understanding current trends and company capabilities, consulting on channel-specific challenges, and supporting the sales team through the sales process for your channel. This role requires high attention to detail and organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, strategic data analysis, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do :
- Channel Owner : Responsible for revenue growth across Flywheel's Retail Services on Amazon, Walmart and Target
- Expertise : Strong understanding of current market trends and client needs. Expert in what we do and how we do it, to solve clients' problems and enable them to achieve agreed-upon metrics.
- Strategic Consulting : Serving as an on-call consultant and expert while building strong stories that align with Client and Prospective Client's goals and needs.
- End-to-End Business Planning : Ability to build and defend through proof points, and strong storyboards in delivery of our capabilities and service offerings in support of client needs.
- Forecasting : Clear understanding of channel revenue, risks, and upsides, and provide accurate forecasting for responsible channel or line of business.
- Collaboration : Must work with the broader organization to ensure we have command of channel capabilities, current trends, and market demands, and the ability to communicate to Clients and / or prospective Clients how we can help their business challenges and promote growth. Required to ensure sales teams do not lose focus on growing channel revenue.
- Thought Leader : Having a pulse and opinion on industry news, translating macro trends into tailored recommendations and actions for clients
