In this role, you will lead a team of marketers located across the US and UK, who are responsible for events, corporate communications, social media, awards, thought leadership, and product marketing. Qualifications
Compensation Range
$90,000—$165,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a marketing emphasis.
- 7-9 years of experience in a corporate marketing function.
- 3-5 years of team management experience across various marketing disciplines.
- Proven success working with leaders in a highly cross-functional, matrixed organization.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Global mindset with the ability to execute regionally and locally and work across disciplines, industries, and scenarios.
- Event Management: Act as the key point person for event contracts, internal and external partners, talent bookings, and vendor relations. Oversee all aspects of the event process from budget to bookings to catering to content.
- Event Production: Understand how to produce effective events and leverage internal departments for support, including IT and building services.
- Communications: Compose, edit and orchestrate communications, memos and posts from leaders and departments across the organization.
- Awards Management: Work on internal and external awards ensuring entries are written and composed for success. Identify categories for success, key award shows and have a deep connection to our internal awards program.
- Budget and Timeline Management: Oversee budgets and timelines, ensuring projects meet or exceed expectations.
- Marketing Planning: Aid in the develop a holistic marketing plan and calendar for OMG, OMD, PHD and Hearts & Science considering key tentpole events. Ensure deliverables are on topic, thoughtfully composed, and grammatically correct.
- Thought Leadership: Collaborate with thought leadership counsel to develop and create thought leadership pieces and associated communications plans. Ideate new ways to market for our brands which drive growth for our business and match brand propositions and KPIs.
- Business Growth Support: Understand the pitch pipeline and work closely with the Growth team to support business growth initiatives.
- Marketing Campaigns: Create compelling marketing campaigns that inspire and engage both colleagues and clients.
- Production: Collaborate with our Experience team on the creation of content, including scripting, producing, suggesting edits and different cuts of videos for different audiences & channels.
- Products: Build a deep understanding of OMG’s products and capabilities and ensure consistency across our brands in how they are marketed for success.
- Community: Be a voice in our global community, inspiring and leading our markets and being known as an expert in your field.
