Compensation Range
$80,000—$100,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Responsibilities Include
- Manage day-to-day stewardship of the client business
- Drive development of media plan recommendations that comprise both tactical and high impact/custom activation to meet clients’ goals
- Manage reporting analysis, inclusive of key insights/takeaways and optimization recommendations, based on campaign performance
- Guide and support junior staff in developing written RFP’s that articulate clear understanding of goals and objectives to guide media partners in delivering proposals that are innovative, first-to-market, best-in-class programs
- Maintain an understanding of all current projects (across planning, digital, and investment teams)
- Assist the team in responding to client needs
- Support in the development of project timelines, and coordinate inputs from appropriate parties to ensure deadlines are met
- 4 years media planning & buying experience at a media agency
- Knowledge of 360 cross-functional media inclusive of Digital media (including Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, Content, Display), Print and TV/OTT, OOH, Audio
- Ability to recommend and implement new, innovative ideas to improve each channel as well as client processes
- Ability to analyze Digital activity and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across variety of tactics.
- Contributes to Ptarmigan Media thought leadership content and new business efforts
- Proven negotiation skills that result in incremental value for investment
- Adept in all tools including, Google Analytics, DoubleClick/DFA, Google Data Studio, Prisma, etc.
- Proven ability to build and nurture mutually respectful, highly strategic, and productive media publisher relationships
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Team player with collaborative and consultative mindset willing to challenge the status quo
- Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced work environment while appropriately managing timelines and prioritizing deliverables
- Expert in MS office tools
- Financial Services experience preferred but not required
