Senior Analyst, Finance

Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst for North American Shared Services (NASS) plays a critical role in assisting with the management of various operational functions within NASS. This position actively collaborates with the leadership of the service units within NASS in achieving their operational objectives and as a business partner to them. Specific responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Maintain department P&Ls within Shared Services
• Prepare budgets and reforecasts for various P&Ls
• Investigate and prepare variance analysis and roll-forwards for budget/forecast/actual reporting periods
• Owning preparation of journal entries related to monthly close process
• Code, review and approve agency expenses pertaining to owned P&L
• Ad-hoc projects and reporting using Excel, TM1, Hyperion.
• Reports include but are not limited to: P&L’s, Payroll schedules, etc
  

Qualifications

• BA required within the disciplines of Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Finance, preferably in Media & Advertising
• Strong Excel skills, Hyperion and TM1 experience preferred
• Must be detail-oriented
• Be proactive / plan to consistently meet deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Must possess strong analytical and communication skills
• Must be willing to work in Corporate HQ: fast-paced environment and be comfortable interacting with all levels of personnel in the organization
  
  

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range

$65,000—$85,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
