Compensation Range
$65,000—$80,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Analyst, Finance to join our OMG Strategic Investment team. Responsibilities
- Assist in the month end closing process including the analysis of year-to-date actuals versus most recent forecast for multiple departments in the group.
- Prepare, review, and submit journal entries for monthly accruals, deferrals, intercompany allocation of revenue and adjustments.
- Create staffing and re-org schedules to reflect raises, client transfer and promotions.
- Assist with pricing out compensation proposals for existing and new clients.
- Prepare labor reports and provide utilization analysis.
- Coordinate with billing teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, verify billing and revenue recognition.
- Review contracts and ensure financial billings are in accordance with the terms.
- Review monthly/quarterly client budgets, follow up on budgets and perform variance analysis.
- Provide financial support to client account teams.
- Prepare and review internal reports for distribution.
- Help identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Assist in all internal and external Audits.
- Ad-hoc projects and reporting.
- Finance/Accounting degree.
- 3 years of Financial Planning and Accounting experience required
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Pivot Tables, Lookups, etc. preferred.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible and proactive.
- Must be eager to learn and make a meaningful contribution.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills (written and oral).
- Good organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous details.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility, positive attitude, and team player.
- Experience in Client Finance and Financial Planning/Accounting preferably in Media and Advertising a plus.
