In this role, you will elevate our client’s internal organization by leveraging their strategic partnership with Omnicom Media Group. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align global investment efforts with business objectives and drive overall growth of client’s business, as well as the Omnicom relationship. You will navigate a nuanced relationship with key marketing stakeholders, as well as their in-house media teams, advising on the media marketplace at large, partnerships, and proprietary products that will maximize value for their marketing budgets globally. This candidate must have an analytical mind, and have as strong understanding of the investment landscape. As much as anything, this individual must be able to navigate the vast and ever-expanding landscape while driving innovation and change as the marketplace evolves. You will need to liaise with different teams in different parts of the world to make this role work.Key Responsibilities : Strategic Partnership : Socialize and promote Omnicom's suite of products and services across global markets.Build and maintain strong relationships with global media and marketing client teams.Collaborate closely with in-house activation teams to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of Omnicom's tools, such as OMnet.Provide thought leadership to HP Global Investment and Marketing teams regarding media investment and activation, platform, and advertising / measurement tech strategies.Financial Optimization : Conduct in-depth analysis of global client media expenditures to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements through OMnet or Joint Business Planning (JBP) initiatives.Oversee media budget reporting and stewardship across all global markets.Ensure adherence to pass-through billing guidelines for in-house spending that leverages OMG marketplace rates.Experience Needed : 10 years of experience in Digital Media / MarketingIn-depth knowledge of media trends, technologies, and platforms across all digital media channels, content management systems, analytics tools, and marketing automationStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable media strategiesExperience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.Strong strategic vision and ability to execute excellent marketplace relationshipsAbility to work across functions (strategy and marketing science) to bring client goals to an actionable resultWillingness to embrace change – ways of working, processes, tools, etc.Knowledge of media measurement and attribution.Experience in negotiating complex deals and contracts.This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications / skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
