Location: 1285 Avenue of the Americas and/or Jersey City OMC office
The Salary Range for this role: $25.00 per hour / 3 month contract: March 2025 to May 2025
About This Role
Omnicom Studios PR is looking for an Associate Producer to create content for a major telecommunications company. The Associate Producer will be responsible for writing, still photography, video filming and editing tutorial-style content (“Device Help”) for general public consumption to support and guide through every device (phones, tablets, wifi devices, car devices, etc) on the company’s platform. The on-boarding time upon hire is two to four weeks to bring the new hire up to speed on process and platform.
The Device Help project encompasses approximately 80-90 individual projects annually, with many overlapping and running concurrently. These projects are categorized into two types: NEW (new devices or features) and MR (maintenance releases for existing devices or software). The distribution between these project types is roughly 50/50.
Each project operates on a structured five-week timeline, requiring the scripting of ~90 HTML articles from a predefined list, creating and editing ~300-400 images, and assembling all elements for delivery.
The project cycles align with device and software release schedules, creating a relatively predictable yet demanding rhythm.
STRATEGY GROWTH
DAY TO DAY

We recognize our duty as an employer to foster an environment that embraces diversity and are constantly reviewing our practices to become even more inclusive as an organization. We understand that DEI is an ongoing effort and not a box that you simply check. Please consider self-identifying on the EEO Form to support us in mitigating biases that underrepresented groups face during the hiring process. This form is completely anonymous and is not used during the hiring process.
