Job Summary
We are seeking a freelance creative Project Manager to lead high-impact design development across digital, print, and emerging media channels.
You will serve as the organizational backbone, ensuring that all design projects supporting our client's brand are delivered on time, within brand guidelines and within scope. You'll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and production teams to streamline workflows, manage timelines, and optimize resources. Your expertise in project management will be key to transforming creative ideas into tangible, premium outputs.
Location: NYC- midtown, Hybrid, 3 days/in office
Salary: $2000-2200/week

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress, identifying risks, and proactively resolving bottlenecks to maintain momentum with support from the manager.
- Develop detailed project briefs, timelines, and workflows for all campaign initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and organization strategies.
- Collaborate with the team manager, creative strategist, agency teams, and internal designers to translate creative concepts into actionable project roadmaps.
- Serve as a point of contact between the design and agency teams and stakeholders, including acquisition, retention and engagement teams ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
- Work with other design team Project Managers to manage creative resourcing.
- Facilitate regular check-ins, creative reviews, and status updates to keep all teams informed and aligned.
- Allocate design resources effectively, balancing workload across the team to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Ensure all design deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, aligning with brand guidelines and audience expectations.
- Conduct final checks on materials, verifying they are accurate, polished, and ready for production or deployment.
- Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to improve efficiency and collaboration.
- 2-4 years of project management experience, preferably within a design, marketing, or performance marketing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with design and production workflows, including digital and environmental design processes.
- Elementary understanding of design platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma.
