Job Summary
The Associate, Content Delivery role is responsible for supporting the Content Delivery team with the coordination and execution of applicable tasks within the marketing/digital project workflow; open POs, process invoices, assign CIDs, generate asset taxonomies, QC/QA asset delivery links as well as QA subtitled/SRT assets in a timely manner so that media and client delivery deadlines are met. This role involves assisting with project tracking, communication, and administrative tasks to facilitate efficient project execution within the agency.
This role will be hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Salary Range: $65K - $80K

Responsibilities
- Assist Content Delivery team with the coordination of marketing/digital project workflows, ensuring tasks are completed and deadlines are met.
- Support the Content Delivery team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, open POs, process invoices, assign CIDs, generate asset taxonomies, QC/QA asset delivery links as well as QA subtitled/SRT assets.
- Communicate project status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify potential issues or delays and escalate them to the Director of Content Delivery.
- Maintain organized project documentation and files for the Content Delivery department.
- Provide general support to the Content Delivery team as needed.
- 3 - 5 years of integrated agency content delivery, traffic and network clearance experience
- Linear TV network experienced, preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
