THIS ROLE IS HYBRID: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
About This Role
We are looking for an experienced ecommerce designer responsible for creating high volume, quality assets for digital shelf across the biggest retailers.
The right designer must have a MO to collaborate with other creatives, believes in innovative approaches to even the everyday projects, is meticulous in their approach and organized in their execution of edits — and especially aware of the ins and outs of templates and exporting final files. Excellent typography skills and clear content hierarchy in design is a must. It’s expected that you are a good communicator and have a proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with good humor.

Responsibilities
- Ensure consistency and coherence in design by following established brand guidelines.
- Maintain a scalable design system that ensures visual consistency across all digital experiences.
- Create A content across retailers
- Strong understanding of retail marketing and ecommerce strategies, best practices and trends
- Manage clean working files for seamless collaboration between internal creative team and resources.
- Comfortability in Figma should include using and creating components/variants, high-fidelity prototyping and more, with a drive to continually grow these skillsets
- Present creative ideas with clarity and confidence
- Adhere to quick-turn deadlines and ensure tasks are being completed fully and on time
- Able to adapt to project changes through optimization of workflow
- Listen attentively, ask insightful questions, and carefully interpret and apply feedback
- 3 years agency or client experience as designer
- Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Suite
- A strong understanding of ecommerce best practices and optimization strategies to enhance product visibility and sales
- Demonstration of excellent formal design skills: typography, composition, color, layout, etc.
- Proven creative design and thinking, portfolio required
- Strong communications skills — written and oral
- Self-directed, motivated, and resourceful with excellent time management
- BA in Marketing, Advertising, Design or related field preferred
- Must be a great team player who is open to constructive feedback
