Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Developer with expertise in Guidewire implementation and development. The ideal candidate will have P&C Personal Property Insurance domain knowledge and a strong focus on delivering high-quality applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Guidewire applications in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead and collaborate with onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams toward a common goal.
- Ensure high-quality development and team accountability for project delivery.
- Mentor, coach, and create a positive team environment.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in Guidewire development.
- Strong understanding of P&C Personal Property Insurance.
- Leadership skills to guide and support the team.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
