Job Description
Our client is looking to add a Branch Manager to their growing team in El Paso, TX (company will provide relocation if needed). They are a full-service distributor for Ingersoll Rand, Doosan Equipment, and other equipment lines, offering tools, air compressors, generators, and career growth opportunities with training and development.
Benefits :
Schedule : Day shift hours
Pay : $100K - $120K

Essential Functions :
Solid understanding of P&L statements and financial principles.
Manage data collection and create financial reports to inform strategic decisions.
Check rental units to determine readiness for the next customer.
Assist with scheduling technicians based on open work orders.
Help customers with work orders, parts ordering, and resolving service issues effectively.
Maintain a safe working environment for the company, customers, and employees.
Stay updated on product and industry changes through training and research.
Possess strong service background, computer skills, and ability to manage tasks while leading a team, with occasional travel by train as needed.
