Our client, a leading atmospheric solutions company specializing in wellhead and VRU compression, is looking to add a Field Sales Representative to their team in the Watford City, ND area.
Successful candidates must pass a background check, MVR check and drug screening as a requirement for these positions.

Job Duties:
- Participate with management in evaluating regional sales potential and meeting targeted sales goals
- Engage and coordinate with service teams to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction
- Communicate with regional account managers to leverage existing relationships in other areas.
- Determine individualized sales potential for new and existing customers through inquiry, observation or periodical research
- Prepare and conduct sales presentations of products to new and existing customers
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order for applications engineering to size and recommend specific products properly
- Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction
- Monitor production uplift to promote additional sales
- Increase business and account base by finding and qualifying new business accounts through timely, fully executed contracts and agreements
- Learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales and personal professionalism
- Assist clients with special requests and problems (supply information, resolve complaints, etc.)
- Visit field locations with customers as needed to verify facility needs and requirements
- Prepare and present quotations
- Knowledge of compression and pump systems preferred
Salary : $80,000 - $350,000
