Our client is looking for multiple Low Speed Field Supervisors to join their growing team! Candidates can be located anywhere in the US! They provide natural gas compression equipment and services to customers globally in the Oil & Gas, Power, Transportation, and Marine sectors. Headquartered in Houston, TX, but with commercial and services hubs around the world, our client provides world-class services to more than 22,000 units in its installed base.
Successful candidates must pass a background check, MVR check and drug screening as a requirement for these positions.
Experience with compressor/engine brands, such as Cooper-Bessemer, Clark, Ingersoll-Rand, Worthington, Ajax, etc. required.

- 24/7 on-call schedule: significant overtime and guaranteed 40 hours
- Travel: averaging 300 days per year anywhere from 2-14 weeks at a time.
- Extremely competitive pay: $40 - $45/hr depending on experience ($150k-$200k/yr with OT)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads and serves as the technical expert for an assigned crew
- Serves as a technical subject matter expert (SME) in all technical areas of Field Service customer support; providing technical and mechanical services support to all internal and external customers in settings such as workshops, compressor stations, process plants, etc.
- Must have extensive knowledge of the Company’s products and services
- The thorough testing of equipment before it is released for operational work
- Must be mechanically hands-on and proficient in performing maintenance on natural gas compressors or engines
- Experience with LOW-SPEED engines and compressors required
- Experience with RECIPROCATING compressors required
- Experience with compressor/engine brands, such as Cooper-Bessemer, Clark, Ingersoll-Rand, Worthington, Ajax, etc. required.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
