Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and skilled attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and transactional law, civil litigation, and a keen understanding of the business and financial landscapes. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, addressing legal challenges with a business-minded approach, and contributing to the success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate and Transactional Law

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements.
• Advise clients on business formation, governance, and compliance.
• Conduct due diligence for business and real estate transactions, including ag, commercial, and industrial deals.

Civil Litigation

• Handle all phases of civil litigation, from pleadings and discovery to trial and appeals.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies.
• Develop litigation strategies tailored to client needs and business goals.

Advisory Services

• Provide strategic counsel on operational, financial, and legal challenges faced by businesses.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.

Appeals

• Represent clients in appeals of administrative decisions at both state and federal levels.
• Prepare and argue appellate briefs with precision and strategic foresight.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate/transactional law, civil litigation, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of business operations and financial strategies.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, client-focused legal services.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with real estate transactions (agricultural, commercial, industrial).
• Background in appellate practice or handling administrative appeals.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $199,000.00 per year
