Proficiency in AutoCAD Inventor and Allen-Bradley PLC programming is essential, along with strong project management and supervisory experience in an industrial setting.

Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with:
- 10 years of automation experience in an industrial setting. (e.g., Journeyman’s license).
- A bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (preferred)
- Proven experience in project management and machinery/plant layout.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Inventor and PLC programming, particularly with Allen-Bradley devices.
Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Design and develop electrical and control systems for machinery, including PLCs, HMIs, and motion controllers, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and support production equipment, and design systems for automation and safety retrofits.
- Manage the procurement and maintenance of electrical components and create operating manuals for equipment.
- Collaborate with maintenance, purchasing, and contractors on electrical solutions and provide engineering support for power supply and controls across facilities.
- Lead facility layout, equipment relocation, and company-wide projects for process and equipment upgrades.
- Assist the Maintenance Manager in coordinating tasks and train electrical department staff on controls, troubleshooting, and best practices.

- Onsite - 1st Shift 6:00AM - 2:30PM with occasional Saturdays
