Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with:
- Sophomore or above with a major in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to learn software quickly.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Strong interpersonal skills – not afraid of direct interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Collaborating with the marketing & product teams and web development agency to support the redesign and transformation of 2 company websites.
- Assisting in auditing existing website content and identifying areas for improvement or updates.
- Creating, editing, and organizing web content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
- Conducting competitor and market research to support content strategy development.
- Supporting the migration of content and assets to the new website platform.
- Assisting with various content management projects such as updating marketing collateral, assisting in content planning for customer facing channels.
- Any additional responsibilities deemed by leadership.
