What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
- Is detail-oriented and consistent in their work.
- Works well as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
- Can maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment.
- Has foundational skills in mathematics, reading, or writing in English.
- Understand basic production procedures.
- Possesses excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to assemble products or machines effectively.
- Follows health and safety regulations, including using protective gear.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your typical day may include:
- Reading blueprints, schematics, or similar documents to assemble products to specification.
- Using various machines and hand tools to perform assigned tasks.
- Conducting basic equipment repairs as needed.
- Collaborating with Materials Handlers to ensure needed tools, parts, and supplies are available.
- Monitoring product quality, identifying issues, and communicating concerns to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Assisting with other duties as assigned by leadership.
Position Details
- Hourly: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Location: Phoenix, AZ.
