Who We're Looking For
Do you meet these requirements?
- High school diploma or equivalent mandatory.
- Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field desired.
- A decade of experience in industrial equipment repair.
- Lift capability of 50 lbs regularly.
- Familiar with AC/DC drives wiring and electrical schematics interpretation.
- Proficient with PLCs, VFDs, and temperature control systems.
- Ready for physical tasks: bending, squatting, climbing.

- Employ diverse craft skills—electrical, mechanical, welding, etc.—in troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
- Oversee machinery installations and layout modifications as necessary.
- Perform preventive maintenance diligently, ensuring machinery reliability.
- Adhere to NEC standards in all electrical repairs.
- Document modifications thoroughly, maintaining up-to-date technical records.
- Regularly inspect equipment safety and functionality.
- Propose and implement equipment enhancements for efficiency.
- Occasional extended hours and weekend shifts.
