Requirements

We are searching for a candidate with :

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent is required; advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in pricing and 10 years of total experience required.

Quantitative marketing experience preferred.

Outstanding communication skills required.

Experience presenting findings and recommendations for pricing actions to Senior Leadership

Management experience in a complex organization, with a proven track record of positive results.

Demonstrated ability to understand influence field sales organizations.

Demonstrated ability to convert pricing theory and strategy into strong business plans.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams through pricing transformation

Duties and Responsibilities

Establish price strategy and targets for new accounts; support account managers in more accurately pricing new customers.

Set and deliver annual pricing / margin improvement targets for the business.

Manage and refine clear discounting approach and guardrails.

Direct analysis and set clear guidance for annual price increase strategy.

Develop Pricing KPI's and pricing analysis tracking, determine implications for the business, and communicate findings across the organization.

Foster and lead a culture of price testing and learning approaches.

Define, develop, and implement overall pricing toolkits, technologies, and methodologies.

Manage a team through execution of pricing processes.

Adapt pricing approach to evolving industry dynamics as needed.

Build and update perspective on key pricing trends and opportunities.

Recruit, hire, and develop pricing team talent.
