- Perform comprehensive vehicle detailing, including exterior washing, waxing, and interior vacuuming.
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products and professional tools to ensure a superior finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the detailing process.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Keep accurate records of completed services and provide recommendations for future care.
- Demonstrate knowledge of detailing products and techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
- Ability to oversee tasks when necessary, ensuring high-quality results.
- Proficiency in using our Uber for Car Wash app to schedule and manage appointments.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable, clean vehicle for transportation.
