Mobile Detailing Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individuals for our Mobile Detailing Position. As a Detailing Partner you will be responsible for providing high-quality vehicle detailing services at our clients' locations either Home or Work. Must have excellent customer service skills and a strong attention to detail, ensuring that each vehicle is cleaned and presented to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including exterior washing, waxing, and interior vacuuming.
- Utilize various Eco-Friendly cleaning products and tools to achieve optimal results.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized during the detailing process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and any additional recommendations for clients.
- Demonstrate product knowledge during service appointments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, showcasing strong customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively supervise tasks when needed, ensuring quality control throughout the detailing process.
- Ability to work our Uber for Car Wash App to book and manage washes
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean vehicle to drive
- A passion for vehicles and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $47.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 50 per week
