Our client is seeking an Automation Developer to support a customer in Washington, DC. Qualified candidates will have an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to stakeholder requirements.
Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements to deliver meaningful data visualizations and insights.
Collaborate effectively with data engineers and analysts to source, clean, transform, and structure data for reporting.
Develop complex Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) measures and calculations to enhance analytical capabilities.
Ensure strict adherence to data security protocols and compliance standards.
Diagnose and resolve issues within Power BI reports promptly.
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users.
Stay abreast of the latest Power BI updates, features, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Power BI Developer.
Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, or related field.
Required Skills:
Proven expertise in developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
Strong proficiency in data modeling, data visualization, and analytics.
Solid SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
Advanced knowledge of DAX to perform intricate data analysis.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
Exceptional attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team.
