Warehouse Manager

As we continue to scale, we need a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor with a proven track record of taking ownership and improving warehouse operations. You’ll be instrumental in driving efficiency, adding structure, and creating processes that optimize our order fulfillment, reduce costs, and ensure a consistently high level of order presentation.

This role requires a self-starter who can work independently and set the foundation for future growth, with a strong focus on process improvement, structure, and creating an organized, efficient warehouse that supports our business goals.

Position Overview:

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, from inventory management to order fulfillment and shipping. We’re looking for someone with experience in taking charge of warehouse functions, improving existing processes, and introducing structure and best practices that make operations more efficient, cost-effective, and organized. You’ll lead by example, setting up systems and workflows that will help streamline processes and support long-term growth.

You’ll also play a key role in enhancing the presentation of our shipments, ensuring that orders are packaged in a way that protects products, enhances the customer experience, and aligns with our brand’s image. Experience with shipping software like ShipStation is a plus to help further improve the fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Ownership: Take full responsibility for warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. Develop and maintain efficient, structured processes that improve the flow of operations.
• Process Improvement & Structure: Establish and continuously improve warehouse systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Focus on adding structure to day-to-day operations and making processes more efficient and scalable.
• Efficiency & Cost-Effectiveness: Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and implement solutions that increase efficiency while reducing costs. Optimize workflows, packaging, and inventory management to drive cost savings.
• Order Fulfillment: Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. Look for opportunities to streamline and improve the speed of fulfillment without sacrificing quality.
• Packaging & Presentation: Ensure that every order is packaged with care, is well-organized, and reflects the brand’s commitment to quality. Research and implement cost-effective packaging solutions that protect products while reducing shipping costs.
• Inventory Management: Maintain organized, accurate inventory records, ensuring inventory is stocked appropriately and orders are fulfilled quickly. Introduce efficient stock handling practices to minimize errors and delays.
• Shipping Software Utilization: Leverage tools like ShipStation or shipping software to enhance order processing, reduce errors, and improve the overall shipping process.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: 3 years in warehouse management, logistics, or fulfillment, with a demonstrated ability to improve processes, add structure, and optimize operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Experience with Shipping Software: Familiarity with ShipStation or similar shipping software is a plus for streamlining order processing and shipping.
• Process-Oriented & Structured: Strong ability to create and implement structured processes that drive operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Cost-Conscious: Proven ability to identify and implement cost-saving solutions without compromising on quality or customer satisfaction.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving & Ownership: Ability to independently identify challenges and implement solutions that improve warehouse performance and operational efficiency.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail in packaging, order accuracy, and inventory control to maintain a high standard of service and presentation.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
