Join our team as a Transaction Clerk where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate payment processing and invoicing for our valued customers. This position requires excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various departments and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
What you will do
- Processing transactions from customers.
- Gathering data from service providers in the cloud.
- Greet and assist customer in starting or completing their transaction.
- Properly input pricing per the pricing list.
- Provide GREAT model customer service to all customers.
- Maintain a clean work area during and at the end of the shift.
- Utilize strong math and analytical skills to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
- Back up scale
Qualifications
What we look for
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Effective communication skills / customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task in priority.
- Detail oriented and computer experience in a high-volume retail environment.
- Super User with Excel knowledge
- Experience in accounts payable and receivable environment
- Ability to work under deadlines and excellent organizational skills
- Working knowledge of JDE
- Multi-task oriented and flexible in the area of cross training
- Prior experience with customer service is preferred.
