Position Overview
OMNIUX is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Part-Time Social Media Content Creator to support content development and branded asset production for both our agency and our clients. This is a creative-forward, execution-based role that blends design, storytelling, and social strategy. You’ll work directly with the Head of Marketing to create high-quality visual and written content across various digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Design engaging and brand-aligned content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms (including static posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos).
- Asset Editing: Edit photos, videos, and graphic templates for both OMNIUX and client campaigns using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
- Brand Management: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone, and messaging strategy for each account.
- Scheduling & Publishing: Assist in scheduling and posting content through social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Collaboration: Work with copywriters, marketers, and designers to execute monthly content calendars and campaign deliverables.
- Engagement Support: Occasionally assist with caption writing, community management, or content ideation based on analytics and performance feedback.
- Trend Integration: Stay up-to-date on social trends, formats, and best practices to keep content fresh, relevant, and optimized for engagement.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or visual storytelling (freelance and personal brand work count)
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, CapCut, or similar creative tools
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and creative instincts with an understanding of brand voice and storytelling
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok-style content, and short-form video editing
- Basic knowledge of content strategy and social platform functionality
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple content timelines
- Bonus: Experience working with brands or agencies in wellness, lifestyle, tech, or real estate sectors
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time, approximately 10–15 hours per week
- Flexible schedule with availability for regular check-ins during business hours (Arizona time)
- Competitive hourly rate, based on experience and skill level
