Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple IT programs and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop program strategies and roadmaps, defining clear goals, milestones, objectives and positive outcomes for IT key programs and projects.
- Foster collaboration by acting as the connective tissue between teams, ensuring alignment across IT teams, IT customers and partners in order to delivery seamless outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities and metrics for success across programs, using tools such as JIRA / Confluence to track and communicate progress transparently.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and present project updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Use data to drive insight and success by making sure results are measurable.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in project management methodologies and tools
- Manage programs budgets, resources, and timeline ensuring cost-effective execution of each project.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned.
- Build relationships across the organization to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of shared accountability and excellence.
Requirements :
Annual base salary for this role in California, US is expected to be between $135,100 - $175,000. Actual pay will be determined on a number of factors such as relevant skills, experience and the pay of employees in the similar role.
