We are currently seeking an experienced Billing & Customer Care Specialist to join our team!
Job Summary
The Billing & Customer Care Specialist is responsible for the daily billing processes, coverage of customer care duties as needed for the Customer Care team, and management of the sampling collateral in Columbus, MS.
No direct reports.
Key Responsibilities :
- Processing of daily billing documents
- Create daily invoicing and order intake dashboard reports used by business and executive management
- Completing subcontract transactions in SAP necessary for billing
- Reconciling off-site warehouse inventory monthly
- Responsible for the management of sampling collateral including, but not limited to, receiving and reconciling sampling collateral inventory, filling sample orders and facilitating customer shipments daily
- Provide back-up to customer care colleagues when they are out of office to include the following :
Receive, process, and own customer purchase orders from the time of order entry to delivery of material
