Accounts Payable (AP) Manager
Location: Cumming, GA | Department: Finance | Reports To: Senior Director of Finance
OMS360 is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to lead and oversee our accounts payable operations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of AP functions across our growing network of oral surgery practices. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and experienced in managing AP workflows and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all AP-related matters from OMS360 practices, our internal and off-shore AP staff, and vendors.
- Direct daily oversight of offshore AP team, including task assignment, performance tracking, and issue escalation to ensure timely invoice processing and vendor communication.
- Establish clear SOPs and enforce accountability for turnaround times, quality control, and responsiveness across the offshore team.
- Oversee vendor onboarding, communication, and issue resolution.
- Own the monthly vendor statement reconciliation process, ensuring alignment across Stampli, Sage, and vendor-submitted documents.
- Lead root cause investigations into missing invoices, duplicate payments, and reconciliation discrepancies — including collaboration with vendors, office managers, and internal accounting personnel.
- Ensure all vendors are properly onboarded into Stampli and Sage, including correct payment method designation (ACH, check, Divvy/manual, etc.) and updated remittance information.
- Partner with practice managers and controllers to streamline AP workflows during onboarding of new practices or acquisition integration.
- Serve as a liaison to IT and software vendors (e.g., Stampli, Sage, Divvy) for systems issues, workflow changes, and automation initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance role.
- Experience managing or working with remote/offshore teams preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare, dental, or multi-entity environments is a plus.
