Your role is critical to delivering an exceptional patient experience across our network of oral surgery practices.

What You’ll Do

Be the welcoming, professional voice that schedules appointments

Confirm and manage patient appointments, always prioritizing timeliness and accuracy

Maintain and update patient data in our system, ensuring every detail is correct

Verify insurance information and document it clearly

Respond to patient inquiries and online referrals with professionalism and warmth

Run recall reports and proactively reach out to patients to schedule needed visits

Collaborate with other departments to support patient questions and needs

Uphold privacy and confidentiality in every interaction

Use discretion and empathy in a fast-moving healthcare environment

Qualifications
