Position:
Omsum Engineering is seeking to recruit several Coatings Construction Inspector(s) to provide construction inspection services on various Bridge Paiting projects throughout the state of New Jersey for NJDOT, NJ Turnpike Authority, NJ Transit, & DRPA projects. Candidates will inspect work & traffic control performed by contractor to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications along with assisting project Resident Engineer in performing project administration tasks.

Requirements:
Successful candidates should possess the following experience & certification(s):
- Minimum 3 years’ experience performing construction inspection
- NACE Level I or II
- SSPC C-3 or C-5
- HAZMAT HAZWOPER
- NICET Highway Construction Level II, III or IV (preferred)
- ACI Field Testing Grade I (preferred)
- Rutgers Traffic Control Certification (preferred)
- ACI Concrete Construction Technologists (preferred)
