The Role:
We're looking for a Process Engineer for our Powder Coating Operations who thrives on continuous improvement, embraces teamwork, and brings technical precision to the production floor. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for optimizing our powder coating processes - ensuring quality, consistency, safety, and efficiency in every finish.
What You'll Do:
Analyze, develop and optimize manufacuturing processes, machines, process flow, and equipment.
Ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production.
Improve process relability, reduce waste, increase throughput, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standrads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to drive continuous improvements across the facility.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Engineering required.
- Two years manufacturing engineering experience.
- Previous experience with powder coating would be a plus.
- Hands-on equipment experience preferred.
- Machine shop experience preferred.
