We need Candidates with GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) and / or regulatory risk experience. This BA will be working on anti-money laundering (AML) and Compliance Technology projects.

Position overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and regulatory risk to join our team. This role focuses on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Compliance Technology projects, where you will provide essential business analysis and support for various initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with project sponsors, stakeholders, external vendors, and internal divisions to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements Gathering : Liaise with project sponsors and stakeholders to document the current state and elicit detailed requirements for AML and Compliance Technology projects.

Analysis and Documentation : Conduct thorough analyses to identify business needs, risks, and opportunities. Document findings clearly and concisely for stakeholders at all levels.

Project Collaboration : Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.

Problem Solving : Demonstrate strong leadership abilities in problem-solving and decision-making processes. Provide recommendations based on analytical insights.

Stakeholder Communication : Maintain open lines of communication with senior management and project stakeholders to keep them apprised of project status, issues, and deliverables.

Technical Proficiency : Utilize Java, Python, and data modeling / warehousing techniques to support data-driven decision-making and project implementations.

Quality Assurance : Ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet business needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on GRC, regulatory risk, AML, or compliance technology.

Strong understanding of compliance regulations and frameworks related to AML and financial services.

Proficiency in data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
