OCM Lead (Organizational Change Management)
Location: Hybrid in Newark, NJ
3days/week in office
Contract Duration: 6 months with possible extension or CTH
CANDIDATE MUST BE PROSCI CERTIFIED
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading large-scale organizational change initiatives within a fast-paced or rapidly evolving environment.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process) and ability to apply them in diverse scenarios.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.
- High emotional intelligence with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and human behavior.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- A passion for driving people-centric transformation that enhances employee satisfaction and business success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field (Advanced certifications in Change Management preferred).
