- Proficient in root cause problem-solving, visualization, and quality tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and quality management software.
- Skilled in programming software, including: ProWORX NXT, Modsoft, PanelBuilder, Magelis, V/V , VisionWare, MotionWare, TestPoint, Fix 32 Intellution, RSView, RSLogix 5, RSLogix 500, and Bitrode LCN.
- Strong skills in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen Bradley & Modicon), robot programming and troubleshooting (Adept & Fanuc), and electrical code compliance.
- Design, develop, evaluate, analyze, select, and order appropriate and cost-effective equipment for manufacturing company products and systems
- Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting, with Allen Bradley and Modicon systems
- Oversee the installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, processes, and systems
- Stay current on equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades, and safety issues
- Implement PLC and Robot logic changes
- Provide technical support to maintenance and operations
- Skilled in robot programming and troubleshooting for Adept and Fanuc robots
- Knowledgeable in electrical code compliance
- Coordinate electrical control equipment builds, installation and training
