Role Overview
Lead the strategy, development, and management of our optics portfolio to deliver next-generation optical materials for military, defense, and commercial applications. Your role combines technical expertise in optics and materials with strategic market insight to develop innovative, scalable products.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute product strategies for optics solutions in aerospace, defense, and civilian applications.
- Develop a product roadmap aligned with market trends, business goals, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify growth opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to bring products to market efficiently.
- Work with sales teams to refine product features and gather customer feedback.
- Customer & Market Insights
- Engage with stakeholders to understand customer needs and market demands.
- Analyze trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Oversee product development, launch, and post-launch performance, ensuring quality and compliance with defense standards.
- Go-to-Market Execution
- Partner with marketing and sales to create messaging, positioning, and training materials.
- Drive successful product launches from development to delivery.
- Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure products meet regulatory and safety standards for defense and aerospace applications.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks in development and market adoption.
