Cradle to grave management of Subcontracts Subcontracts
Review subcontract proposals for accuracy, reasonableness, completeness
- Cost / Price Analysis
- Coordinate review of technical proposal with prime contract Program Manager -Support preparation of prime contract proposals which include subcontract costs
- Identify and mitigate risk, successfully negotiate favorable terms and pricing
- Issue subcontracts and modifications
- Tracking and reporting on contract requirements / deliverables
- Monitor subcontracts (cost, schedule, performance)
- Review / approve invoices
- Develop standardized forms, reports, and subcontract documents
- Subcontract close-out QUALIFICATIONS
- TS / SCI Security clearance
- 10 years’ experience in federal contracting arena
- Self-Starter, ability to work without close supervision
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, Intel agency supplements
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft tools
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
