Machined Parts Detailing / Finishing / Deburring

This position requires someone who is steady with their hands, has a good eye for detail, and a diligent work ethic. The primary responsibility is to deburr parts after they have been machined. You play a critical role fixing any visual defects and finishing the parts according to the customers requirements. You will be working closely with our Operations Manager, Quality Manager and Machinists to support production of manufactured parts.

Duties include :

Part deburr (finishing with scrapers, sand paper, buffing wheels, etc.)

Operating vibratory tumble deburring machines

Part cleaning and drying

Microscope inspection

We can teach you how to interpret customer drawings and blueprints

An ideal candidate will have these attributes :

Ability to lift 30lbs comfortably

Ability to communicate with written and verbal English language
