Machined Parts Detailing/Finishing/Deburring
This position requires someone who is steady with their hands, has a good eye for detail, and a diligent work ethic. The primary responsibility is to deburr parts after they have been machined. You play a critical role fixing any visual defects and finishing the parts according to the customer’s requirements. You will be working closely with our Operations Manager, Quality Manager and Machinists to support production of manufactured parts.

Duties Include
- Part deburr (finishing with scrapers, sand paper, buffing wheels, etc.)
- Operating vibratory tumble deburring machines
- Part cleaning and drying
- Microscope inspection
- We can teach you how to interpret customer drawings and blueprints
- Intelligent, with a desire to learn and improve
- Positive attitude
- Good mechanical aptitude
- High level of hand-to-eye coordination
- Good eyesight (corrective lenses OK)
- Comfort with hand tools
- Ability to lift 30lbs comfortably
- Well organized and patient
- Team player
- Good attention to detail
- Comfort with physical labor and hand tools
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate with written and verbal English language
