BS in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, Sciences or any other related field. 5 years of sales experience or relevant working experience in key account management position
Experience with Engineered Polymers materials and processes such as injection molding for automotive, mobility, electronics, medical, aerospace, appliances, etc. would be considered a plus.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and determine the most important accounts in an organization at any one time; these accounts are considered important because of their high level of profitability or since they are the most strategic to an organization.
- Identify decision-makers at the client, understand strategic business challenges and priorities.
- Possess very detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client's business.
- Understand the type of what type of Principal’s products are offered and the value/benefits they bring to the customer.
- Understand customer applications and identify improvement needs.
- Develop, assess and capitalize on new opportunities for the products that Omya represents.
- Identify support capabilities within Principals and make use of those capabilities.
- Determine the most crucial needs of key customers and carry them out to ensure that they receive first-class customer care and service.
- Develop strategies to manage the account, setting goals and objectives to be accomplished.
- Conduct continuous market analysis and research on the dynamics of the account.
- Develop appropriate pricing structure for the client.
- Conduct account reviews with the credit department.
- Interact and communicate with the client on a regular basis to determine changing needs and preferences.
- Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and company departments.
- Manage conflict and come up with effective negotiation and sales strategies.
- Develop technical relationship with Principal related to their products.
- Other duties as assigned.
