Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. We are a fast food restaurant to serve bowls to the customers.
Working hours
1. 9:00am - 2:00pm for Mon-Sun
2. 4:30pm - 9:30pm for Mon-Sun
No day off weekend (Sat,Sun) . 1 day off will be on Tuesday.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register and POS system.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and products to effectively upsell items.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring accuracy in all financial exchanges.
- Have to make prep and lots of things.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and interpersonal relations.
- Ability to upsell products effectively, enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers.
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications.
- Experience with POS systems and cash registers is preferred.
- Background in retail sales is advantageous, showcasing your ability to engage customers and drive sales.
- Attention to detail when stocking merchandise and maintaining store presentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
