What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guitar teacher (W2 position in Farmington, UT) position at On Beat Schools?
Do you love music? Come join us in providing fun and motivating music lessons.
So you want to do something with your skills that makes a difference? Teaching music is an amazing opportunity to work with kids and adults and truly have an impact on others’ lives.
This position is a W2 job, not a contractor position like many other schools. You will be paid for every hour you are scheduled to teach (even if the student doesn't show up or for trial lessons). In addition, we are working on adding many exciting benefits for our employees as well (health insurance, dental insurance, etc.)
You don’t need to have a music degree or education degree to qualify for this position. We love musicians with practical experience such as gigging and performing. But we are looking for a teacher that's really looking to make teaching music their main gig.
We are all about cultivating love, passion, and excitement for music in kids and adults. As a result, this is an extremely rewarding position. Come be a part of something that is more than just a "job”.
We are now hiring theater, piano, voice, ukulele, guitar, bass, and drum instructors. Being a multi-instrumentalist is a HUGE plus!
We collect all payments, handle all of the marketing and administration, and already have a strong reputation for excellent private and group music lessons, concerts, and performances.
Plus, there is room for advancement for music teachers who bring music to life for their students.
