Shift: Days, Monday- Friday

Compensation: $ 17.00 / hour
Basic Function:
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

Basic Function:

Responsibilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with the ability to create and modify documents as needed.
- Performs routine clerical duties, including filing and entering data.
- Type and design general correspondence, memos, spreadsheets, etc.
- Handle administrative request and inquiries from senior managers.
- Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Works regularly with On-Board PMO Site Supervisors, Site Administration, Site Leadership (Customer), On-Board PMO Operators, and External Partners.
- Must be detail oriented and self-motivated
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, which include; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Excellent Organizational skills
- The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and sit.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds/55 max.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
