Position Details:
Job Title: Quality Associate
Position Type: 6 months contract with additional opportunity contingent upon performance and continued business need
Job Location: Ontario, CA
Shift: 1st shift – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-4:30pm
Compensation: $35 per hour
100% onsite
Daily Workday
• Computer work – documents, analysis of data
• Filing batch records or any other paperwork
• Daily meetings
• Plant walkthroughs
• Daily audits
• Any outside projects – cleaning validation project
Responsibilities
• Reviews data to ensure compliance to specifications and product
requirements.
• Reviews records for completeness and compliance to quality and product
safety standards.
• Records and monitors master data to ensure accuracy and completeness
of data.
• Coordinates and monitors the sharing of samples and data between
facilities within the region, and with external laboratories and customers,
as needed.
• Tracks non-routine and priority samples to ensure reliability in
communications with internal and external customers.
• Communicate accurate and timely information regarding the status of
materials to internal customers and stakeholders.
• Performs administrative tasks, such as updating or reviewing standard
operating procedures and filing or retrieving records.
• Keeps supervisor informed of work status and any atypical results or
problems encountered in the execution of any task.
• Maintains good documentation practices.
• Other duties apply
Qualifications:
• Associates degree = prefer Bachelors degree and 5 years of QA experience
• Experience working in a GMP facility.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
