Join our Raleigh NC Office as a Land Development Project Manager to help grow their expanding and innovative Land Development and Planning and Design team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team, across diverse disciplines, giving you exposure to a wide variety of projects in size and scope. Responsibilities
- Direct projects by managing and delegating tasks, forecasting and proactively addressing workload, financial performance, and staffing needs, while collaborating with clients and teammates across the organization
- Oversee and engage in the development of existing client relationships, including conducting periodic meetings, developing proposals and budgets, and gathering feedback with teammates
- Prepare agreements and manage the creation and approval of construction plans, bid documents, technical specifications, and construction cost estimates
- Analyze complex technical challenges and develop new or improved techniques, approaches, and alternative solutions
- Promote career development, training and career path planning for all your direct team members.
- Develop engineering plans and specifications in a team environment for a multitude of projects
